The simple BŌ Staff is a stick weapon which has been used in many martial art disciplines across the world. The general striking techniques such as thrusting, swinging & stabbing often resemble empty hand movements, which directly relates to the philosophy that the BŌ Staff  is merely an extension of one’s limbs.

Thanks to the innovations of high-strength polymer production, Armor® is proud to offer its first synthetic training staff. We found the circular structure of many traditional staffs do not provide adequate grip to the user hence we have introduced the fluted grip to over come accidental slips. The end of the staff has a heavy duty metal insert which enhances balance & strike damage. The BŌ Staff is perfect for movement work & speed training, this staff will make an excellent addition to any Martial Artist’s training regime.
